Services

We offer several service programs specifically designed for the Pacific Northwest including routine (quarterly) services and specialized services.

We are also one of the few companies using the Sentricon system for termites.  This allows use to regularly scan and monitor bait stations placed outside your home or business.  They are harmless to anyone and anything, but the termite!  It has shown to be a very effective way to manage this pesky insect and keep them from causing you property damage.

Quarterly Services

 

Basic Black Service:
Basic Black is a quarterly service covering basic pests (Rats, Mice, Ants, Cockroaches, Fleas, Yard Pests, etc...). It does not cover wood destroying pests such as Termites, Carpenter Ants, Wood Beetles etc.... This service was designed specifically for the pests commonly encountered in and around the Portland Oregon metro area.  Contact our office for pricing.
Black Magic Service
This service includes everything in the "Basic Black" service plus includes Carpenter Ants.
Black Platinum Service
This service includes everything in "Basic Black" service plus includes Carpenter ants AND termites.  Fees vary.  Please call for an estimate.
Other residential services include:  Carpenter ant control, Odorous House Ant Control,  Crawl Space reconditioning, Flea control, bird control, bed bug service, Sentricon termite baiting, wood beetle control and others.
